Joker is the second most scary character i have read and seen. his words 'why so serious haunted almost for a week when I first saw dark knights. this character was created by Jerry Robinson, Bill Finger and Bob Kane in DC comics. He is a super villain in the batman series. throughout his comic series the Joker is portrayed as a master criminal whose characterization has varied.the original and currently dominant image is of a highly intelligent psychopath with a warped, sadistic sense of humour, while other versions have played varying emphasis on humour, eccentricity and pranks.
Heath ledger who played the most scary Joker, earned himself the Academy Award for best supporting Actor for the same in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knights.
